How the weekend went
The 2026 Vancouver Leadership Convention ran from Thursday October 15 to Sunday October 18 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building, on the harbour at Canada Place. The program spanned all four West Ballrooms, A to D, with registration and meals in the foyer just outside.
Dave Boushehri hosted, with co-hosts Nima Attar and Alireza Soleimani. The 2026 lineup brought keynote speaker Dr. Eric Thomas and guest speakers Rich Thawley, Real Michaud and Michael Brodeur to the main stage.
Saturday night was the Awards Gala, black tie in the West Ballroom: a dinner reception, then awards recognition for the year’s top performers.
Thank you to every agent and guest who came, and to the product providers, speakers and staff who made the weekend run.
The theme was Lead From Within. Building the future you want.
