Welcome to leadershipconvention.ca, the official site for the 2026 Vancouver Leadership Convention, October 16 to 18, 2026 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building. Using this site or attending the event means you accept these terms.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Checkout runs on Eventbrite, and their purchase terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. Prices are in Canadian dollars and Eventbrite fees are added at checkout. You can buy up to 20 tickets in one order. Every attendee needs their own valid ticket.

Refunds and transfers

Tickets are non refundable. You can transfer a ticket to someone else instead. The original buyer signs in to Eventbrite in a desktop browser with the purchase email, opens Tickets, selects the order, and chooses Change ticket. The new attendee then claims the ticket by email. Ticket questions go to tickets@leadershipconvention.ca.

Entry and age

Entry needs a valid ticket. Your Eventbrite email carries a QR code for each ticket, shown at the doors for your badge. This event is not suitable for children, so we kindly ask that children 14 and younger stay home. Everyone 15 and older needs their own ticket.

What a ticket includes

All three days of main stage sessions, the Saturday Awards Gala, coffee and light refreshments, plus lunch and dinner on Saturday. Awards and recognition are presented to attendees with valid tickets.

Event changes

Speakers, schedule, and program details may change. If the event date or venue changes, ticket holders will be notified by email at the address on their order.

Photos and video at the event

The event is photographed and filmed. By attending you may appear in event photos and video used for recaps and future promotion. Professional photo and video of each speaker is available after the event for a fee. Personal videographers are permitted for SMDs and up only, with a media pass approved by the event organizer and a valid ticket, and they may only film during the speech time of the SMD who hired them.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission.
• Do not use the site to send spam or misleading messages.

Content and marks

The 2026 Vancouver Leadership Convention name, logo, and site content belong to the event team or are used with permission. Third party names and marks belong to their owners.

Communications

Signing up for updates means we may email or text you about the event. Every message includes a way to opt out. See the privacy policy for details.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the event team is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
